Return & Refund Policy  South Cluture

At South Cluture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each saree is carefully inspected for quality before dispatch. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or replacement is required. Our policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions

Damaged product received

Manufacturing defect

Incorrect item delivered

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing care.southcluture@gmail.com

When contacting us, please include

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue

Resolution Options

Once your request is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions

Replacement A new item will be sent, subject to availability.

Refund If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after product inspection and approval.

Important Notes

Items purchased under clearance, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

The item must be in resalable condition for approval of refund or replacement.

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Customized or tailored sarees

Products without original tags or packaging

Items reported for return after 7 days of delivery

Return Process

Email your return request to care.southcluture@gmail.com with your order details and product photos.

Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

After the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
